Goals: Conduct studies and workshops to gain insights on design and feature direction for hair moisturizing hardware product that centers the paint-points, needs, and desires of a diverse natural hair user-base.
Tools: Zoom and In-Person User Interviews, Event & Workshop Coordination, Miro for insights synthesis, Google Forms for survey design, Google Sheets for quantifying insights, Google Slides for presenting findings and proposals
